We have nothing to hide. Every product we sell is guaranteed 100% authentic.

We didn't create the scent. We created the access. Which means our entire business rests on one thing: what's in your vial is exactly what it says on the label. If it says Tom Ford, it came out of a Tom Ford bottle. The genuine article, in a smaller size — that's the entire business.

Batch codes, on request

This is the part we'd want to know about if we were you.

Every fragrance we decant comes from an original retail bottle, and every original bottle carries a batch code from the house that made it. Ask us for the batch code of the bottle your decant came from and we'll happily share it, so you can verify it for yourself. No fuss, no defensiveness. We think anyone selling fragrance samples should be able to do this. We just actually do it.

How every decant happens

Sourced genuine. We buy original, sealed retail bottles of designer and niche fragrance from reputable suppliers. Nothing enters our stock that we wouldn't wear ourselves.

Decanted with integrity. Every decant is drawn directly from the original bottle, by hand, in the UK, using hygienic professional-grade equipment. Small batches, careful measures, no shortcuts.

Labelled honestly. Real house names, real fragrance names, the exact size you ordered. Our sizes run from 1ml to 10ml: enough to trial a scent properly, or live with it for a while before you commit to the full bottle.

A word on choosing where you buy

The fragrance sample market is a mixed bag. Some sellers are excellent. Some are selling something other than what's on the label. Wherever you shop (including here), it's worth asking one simple question: can you show me the batch code? A seller with genuine stock will have no problem answering. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and we'd encourage you to hold everyone else to it too.

notes. is a completely independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of the fragrance houses we stock. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We simply buy their genuine products at retail and decant them into smaller, friendlier sizes.
